1. Acceptance of Terms / قبول الشروط

By accessing or using any Coast Echo product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

بالوصول إلى أي منتج أو خدمة من Coast Echo أو استخدامها، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى التوقف عن الاستخدام فوراً.

2. Services / الخدمات

Coast Echo provides digital software platforms including but not limited to Imaratna, LabM, and TrainingM. Services are provided "as is" and may be updated or discontinued at our discretion.

تقدم Coast Echo منصات برمجية رقمية تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: عمارتنا ولابم وتريننج-م. تُقدَّم الخدمات "كما هي" وقد تُحدَّث أو تُوقَف وفقاً لتقديرنا.

3. Limitations / القيود

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that harms Coast Echo or its users. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.

توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام خدماتنا أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به أو الانخراط في أي نشاط يضر بـ Coast Echo أو مستخدميها. نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق الوصول في حالات المخالفة.

4. Governing Law / القانون المعمول به

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jazan, KSA.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. تُحسم أي نزاعات في المحاكم المختصة في جازان، المملكة العربية السعودية.
