1. Acceptance of Terms / قبول الشروط

By accessing our website, contacting Coast Echo, or using any Coast Echo product, platform, support channel, or digital service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

بالوصول إلى موقعنا أو التواصل مع Coast Echo أو استخدام أي منتج أو منصة أو قناة دعم أو خدمة رقمية تابعة لنا، فإنك توافق على شروط الخدمة هذه. وإذا كنت تستخدم خدماتنا نيابة عن جهة، فأنت تؤكد أن لديك الصلاحية لقبول هذه الشروط نيابة عنها.

2. Services / الخدمات

Coast Echo provides digital software platforms, websites, automation tools, bots, integrations, technical support, and related professional services. Product availability, features, hosting arrangements, support levels, and delivery timelines may vary by agreement, subscription, or project scope.

تقدم Coast Echo منصات برمجية رقمية ومواقع وأدوات أتمتة وبوتات وتكاملات ودعماً فنياً وخدمات مهنية ذات صلة. وقد يختلف توفر المنتجات والميزات وترتيبات الاستضافة ومستويات الدعم ومواعيد التسليم حسب الاتفاق أو الاشتراك أو نطاق المشروع.

3. Limitations / القيود

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with security controls, attempt unauthorized access, copy or reverse engineer software where not permitted, upload harmful content, violate another party's rights, or use our systems for unlawful, abusive, or misleading activity. We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام خدماتنا أو تعطيل ضوابط الأمان أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به أو نسخ البرمجيات أو عكس هندستها حيث لا يسمح بذلك أو رفع محتوى ضار أو انتهاك حقوق الغير أو استخدام أنظمتنا لنشاط غير قانوني أو مسيء أو مضلل. يجوز لنا تعليق الوصول أو تقييده عند الحاجة لحماية المستخدمين أو البنية التحتية أو الامتثال القانوني.

4. Governing Law / القانون المعمول به

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jazan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. وما لم ينص اتفاق مكتوب على خلاف ذلك، تُحسم أي نزاعات من خلال المحاكم المختصة في جازان بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

5. Accounts and Access / الحسابات والوصول

Some services may require user accounts, admin access, or organization-managed credentials. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, assigning access only to authorized users, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use or a security issue.

قد تتطلب بعض الخدمات حسابات مستخدمين أو صلاحيات إدارية أو بيانات دخول تديرها الجهة. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول ومنح الوصول للمستخدمين المصرح لهم فقط وإبلاغنا فوراً عند الاشتباه في استخدام غير مصرح به أو مشكلة أمنية.

6. Fees and Payments / الرسوم والمدفوعات

Fees, payment schedules, renewal terms, refunds, and taxes are handled according to the applicable quotation, invoice, subscription, or written agreement. If payment is overdue, we may pause delivery, support, or access after providing reasonable notice when appropriate.

تُدار الرسوم وجداول الدفع وشروط التجديد والاسترداد والضرائب وفقاً لعرض السعر أو الفاتورة أو الاشتراك أو الاتفاق المكتوب المعمول به. وإذا تأخر الدفع، يجوز لنا إيقاف التسليم أو الدعم أو الوصول مؤقتاً بعد إشعار مناسب متى كان ذلك ملائماً.

7. Content and Data / المحتوى والبيانات

You retain ownership of the business data and content you provide to us. You grant Coast Echo the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, secure, and display that data for the purpose of operating the requested services.

تحتفظ بملكية بيانات الأعمال والمحتوى الذي تقدمه لنا. وتمنح Coast Echo الحقوق المحدودة اللازمة لاستضافة تلك البيانات ومعالجتها ونقلها ونسخها احتياطياً وتأمينها وعرضها لغرض تشغيل الخدمات المطلوبة.

8. Availability and Changes / التوفر والتغييرات

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate written service-level agreement applies. We may update features, perform maintenance, improve security, or discontinue outdated functionality when needed.

نسعى إلى تقديم خدمات موثوقة، لكننا لا نضمن التوفر دون انقطاع ما لم توجد اتفاقية مستوى خدمة مكتوبة منفصلة. وقد نحدّث الميزات أو نجري صيانة أو نحسن الأمان أو نوقف وظائف قديمة عند الحاجة.

9. Intellectual Property / الملكية الفكرية

Coast Echo retains ownership of its software, designs, documentation, trademarks, workflows, and pre-existing intellectual property. Custom deliverables, licensing rights, and source-code access are governed by the relevant project agreement or written approval.

تحتفظ Coast Echo بملكية برمجياتها وتصاميمها ووثائقها وعلاماتها التجارية وسير العمل والملكية الفكرية السابقة. وتخضع المخرجات المخصصة وحقوق الترخيص والوصول إلى الشفرة المصدرية لاتفاق المشروع ذي الصلة أو الموافقة المكتوبة.

10. Liability / المسؤولية

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coast Echo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به النظام، لا تتحمل Coast Echo مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية أو خسارة الأرباح أو تعطل الأعمال أو فقدان البيانات الناتج عن عوامل خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.

11. Updates to Terms / تحديث الشروط

We may update these Terms of Service as our products, legal obligations, or business practices change. The current version will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after an update means the revised terms apply.

قد نحدّث شروط الخدمة هذه عند تغير منتجاتنا أو التزاماتنا القانونية أو ممارساتنا التجارية. ستُنشر النسخة الحالية في هذه الصفحة، ويعني استمرار استخدام خدماتنا بعد التحديث أن الشروط المعدّلة هي المطبقة.
